- Tour lengths are approximate. There is a half hour preparation and training before the
commencement of the tour. There must be a minimum of 4 paying participants.
- Drivers must be minimum 16 years of age to drive/operate an ATV.
- Customers who bring their own ATV must be minimum 16 years of age and their ATV must be
insured, registered/licensed and plated.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
- Participants must wear helmets when embarked on an ATV.
- Long pants, ankle-high boots, long sleeves and gloves are strongly recommended but are not
supplied. Dress for the weather.
- Follow Tour Guide single file and remain on the marked trail – NEVER pass the guide or any other
participants’ ATV.
- Do not operate the ATV at speeds above 29 KPH.
- Never operate the ATV at full throttle.
- Always keep a safe distance from the ATV ahead. Use the 3 second rule.
- You are responsible for the person behind you during the tour. Ensure that they make each turn
and continue to follow the group.
- Keep both hands on handlebars while ATV is in motion. No picture taking while your ATV is in
motion.
- All participants must participate in an ATV rider safety, controls & operations lesson performed by
the tour guide prior to tour departure.
- All participants must practice riding the ATV in the training course prior to tour departure.
- Participants shall not leave the training course until 100% comfortable with the operation of the
ATV. If you are not 100% comfortable, you must inform the tour guide.
- All participants are 100% responsible for their own safety.
- All persons operating an ATV;
1) Are to be in control of the ATV at all times.
2) Are responsible for any damages to the ATV they are operating
